We offer you a series of exercises that you can use to achieve the goal of 100 push-ups.
We've created different training programs so that you can choose the one that suits you best. Choose the one that you like and follow it for 6-10 weeks.
In each program, you'll find different exercises. You have to do them one after another, but not in a row. After finishing each exercise, you'll get a rest period to allow you to recover and prepare for the next one.
The application includes a reminder so you won't forget to do your workouts. The timer will also help you to determine the time for your rest.
